Beekeeping is a lot harder, and more complicated than I thought.

50% of hives do not make it through winter. THAT is a beekeepers biggest concern.

YOU CAN HELP!  PLANT FLOWERS that bloom from early to late in the season. You'll be rewarded with thousands of new visitors! Hummingbirds, different kinds native bees, bumble bees,

various species of butterflies and dragonflies if you're lucky.

So please plant more flowers!

Don't use pesticides! 

Only buy honey from local beekeepers, not a supermarket!
